The American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) is a prestigious, invitation-only competition for students who excel on the AMC 10 or AMC 12. The questions on the AIME are significantly more challenging than those on the AMC 10 and AMC 12, requiring deep mathematical insight, creative problem-solving, and mastery of advanced techniques.
